NOMI

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. About Nomi

Nomi ("we", "us") is an iOS application that provides Personal Path analysis — written interpretations of personal timing, calculated from the birth information you provide. By using Nomi or purchasing any report, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Nomi is provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. Our reports are interpretive content generated from the birth information you provide. They are not, and must not be treated as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or career advice. You are solely responsible for any decision you make. If you are facing a serious personal, health, or financial situation, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nomi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account and Information

An account is required to use Nomi. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth information you enter. Reports are calculated from that information, and an inaccurate entry will produce an inaccurate report. Before each purchase, Nomi shows the birth details the report will be calculated from. Reports are generated from the details confirmed at that point and are not regenerated if those details were entered incorrectly. You can update your details in Settings at any time; reports you purchase after that use the updated details.

5. Purchases

Reports are sold as one-time in-app purchases through the App Store. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You pay once for a report and it remains available in your account.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are set per region by the App Store and are shown to you before you confirm.

Reports are saved to your Nomi account, not to your device. On a new device, sign in the same way you did before — with Apple or with Google — and your reports will be there. Signing in a different way creates a separate account; Apple and Google sign-ins are never joined. If a report you paid for is missing, use "Restore purchases" in Settings.

6. Refunds

Because all purchases are made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If a report failed to generate, generated incompletely, or you were charged without receiving access, contact us at support@nomiwhen.com. We will regenerate the report at no cost, and we will support your refund request with Apple where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis engines, prompts, designs, and text in Nomi are owned by us. Reports we generate are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share your report or share card personally, but you may not resell, republish, or use our output to build a competing service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the service, scrape or bulk-extract reports, submit another person's birth information without their knowledge, or use Nomi for any unlawful purpose.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Nomi available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Nomi is limited to the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use of Nomi means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
